What are my delivery options?

[Zone 1] Local Delivery – All BB Post Codes
[Zone 2] Surrounding Areas – PR, FY, LA1 – LA6, BD20 – BD24
[Zone 3] UK Mainland

UK mainland deliveries are Mondays to Fridays (excluding public holidays) between the hours of 8:00 AM and 5:30 PM.

Zones automatically selected once you enter your delivery details.

Prices will vary with Northern Island, British Islands and the Highlands. You order may be cancelled if your postcode is restricted.

Please give us a call for advise and a delivery quote.

How much does delivery cost?

[Zone 1] Free over £50.00 or £7.00 Carriage Charge
[Zone 2] Free over £75.00 or £9.50 Carriage Charge
[Zone 3] Free over £100.00 or £10.99 Carriage Charge

These prices are subject to VAT @ 20%

When will I receive my order?

Delivery is usually next day but can take up 3–5 working days from the date of placing an order.

What if my item is out of stock?

If an item temporarily goes out of stock and we expect to receive new stock within a reasonable time we will hold your order and dispatch the item to you as soon as stock is available.

What if my item becomes unavailable?

If an item becomes unavailable (which means we are unexpectedly unable to fulfil your order and are unlikely to receive new stock within a reasonable time) we will either telephone or email you to let you know and refund your card or credit account.

What if no one is in?

A signature may not always be required for delivery and if there is no one available to take delivery our carriers may attempt to leave it with a neighbour or in a safe, secure location. A card may be left to advise this to you, or to confirm that the parcel has been returned to the local depot. You can then contact them to arrange collection or to schedule a new delivery date.
